Best Offer and GSP

Hi — I remember reading or hearing a warning about accepting international best offers on a previous episode of Scavenger Life but I don’t remember all the details.

I think it was if I had free shipping then I’d be obligated to ship free internationally.

But the item that I just received an offer on does not have free shipping and has a flat shipping rate in the US and GSP international, so I think I’m ok to accept the offer but I’m scared to do so since I don’t remember all of the details of what was discussed previously around accepting international offers.

There was a seller who said that some international buyers could try to get out of the GSP program by requesting an invoice. It’s possible, but we’ve rarely had issues with selling to international buyers through GSP. We have successful sales every week overseas.

If you offer free shipping, then it’s just free to the Kentucky warehouse. Then the buyer pays to have to shipped to their country of origin.
