Can anyone translate the writing on the bottom of this picture? Is it Greek?

I agree with Ryanne.
The last word is definitely Kazanskaya, which means “of Kazansk”.
I believe the first two “words” are abbreviations for “god-bearing virgin” (diva bohorodytse) which is the slavic version of “virgin mary”. The abbreviation literally says “dv btse”.
These types of abbreviations are often used in slavic icons.
To be clear, “diva” means “virgin”, and “bohorodytse” means god-bearing. I am 100% sure of the second word, bohorodytse (from btse). The “dv” is just a guess – b/c it’s hard to tell what the letters are in that ornate font.

I have a Ukrainian alphabet option installed on my mac. I can switch between alphabets by selecting a different flag to appear on the top bar of my screen. If you have a mac, go to keyboard preferences, and there are actually a lot of different language alphabets built in to choose from, but I installed a different one that maps letters phonetically to their english counterparts – much easier than trying to learn the ukrainian keyboard layout.

Sonia is correct about the translation. It’s written in an ornate or older style of Russian.
Download the Google Translate app for you phone. It has live camera translation for any language. Just incredible.
