This is just a heads up of my experience on Ebay in the last few days.
The sales amount is not reflecting properly on my account on seller hub sale graph on 2/7. Ebay is working on the issue.
Also, please make sure to double check your fees. The last two days, I have been issues with their Gallery Plus option. For some reason, I haven’t been able to remove the check mark. It reappears automatically and I did get charged. I’ve contacted Ebay and the rep will be remove any type of charges that has to do with Gallery Plus.

I’ve had the same problem with Gallery Plus. I found that it seems to get stuck if I do “sell similar” with an item that has gallery plus already checked (I been listing a lot of art but sometimes it’s not in the art category, like framed cross stitch, so it does not get free gallery plus).
Easy work around is to just start a new draft or use sell similar for an item without Gallery Plus.
I have also found for the past few days on Chrome that I can’t see the picture preview when I’m making a listing. It works on IE and Firefox… and it started working on Chrome again but it’s been here and there.

we’re also having the Gallery Plus problem. on several listings it’s automatically checked, and when you uncheck it, the charge is still there! how very annoying. i haven’t listed several drafts because i don’t want it to charge me. hoping this will get resolved and i can list these.

anyone else having this Gallery Plus issue (that even when you uncheck the box, it still charges you), please call ebay and report it. i called just now and they said a lot of people have called in. so the more, the better. they need to know it’s a big issue.

Has anyone had this problem recently? I just noticed that some of the Gallery Plus boxes on my listings were checked, even though I have never checked them. I went through bulk listings and deleted all the Gallery plus from over 500 listings, and when I am re listing stuff, I see the boxes are still checked and will not un-check!!!
I’m not sure how to check and see if I have been charged(over how long a period of time??) I am working on that. I will have to call eBay, too. 🙁

I have noticed that for at least one item I listed the box was checked but I did not see a fee. I have no idea why. I think it had something to do with the type of item I was listing. Do you recall (or you may want to try it on a draft you may have available) if at the bottom (just before the blue List Item button) what it said for Fees? From what I have noticed, anything we do during the listing that incurrs fees will show at the bottom where it says fees.
And yes, I would definitely call eBay. There should be a tracking of any fees.

I have never noticed a fee shown at the end of the listing before I list an item. It always is at $0.
I figured out how to see all my individual fees, shame on me for never checking that out, and there are only final value fees listed. I don’t see any other extras, so I guess all is well. That freaked me out!
I’ll keep an eye on it and make sure I’m not getting charged in the future.

I’ve noticed on the web eBay version that sometimes under shipping options it’s not showing “Priority Mail Padded Flat Rate Envelope.” It’s very annoying. I suppose I could just set a flat shipping rate for the $6.30, but that’s a pain.
Anyone else have this issue?

I just noticed today that my sold prices are all out of whack; they appear to be reflecting asking price plus shipping rather than the accepted best offer plus shipping. These items were all on sale, if that makes any difference. I don’t know how long it’s been happening, but I just noticed it today. I hope my fees are calculated correctly.

Zach – That’s odd and have had that issue before. Thanks for letting us know.
I ran into that same issue in the beginning of the month. I had to revise my listings without the option of best offers. I thought I had check marked them but apparently did not show up on the listing. Needless to say, gave me the opportunity to re-adjust my listings and adding the best offer option again. I make sure now as I’m creating my listing that best offer is checked and also shipping option is selected in advance to avoid double work.
