Steve – Your story about buying all those books on weight training reminds me when, in the early 1990s, I looked for a book on working out with weights at home. I found a book called “Working Out with Weights at Home” and figured it was what I needed. I’ve been using it for a couple decades now. Nowadays, they have “apps for that”. I tried JEFIT once, but I need to read up on it better as I haven’t figured it out.
Unless I mention otherwise, all these items are sold on consignment for my downsizing neighbor:
A tall Santa found in the attic, sold for a bit under $48.
I bought a copper (maybe copper plated) fondue pot and stand in a live auction in a lot with other copper items. Everything had sold except for this one set. Since it had been in my inventory for a few years, I decided to spit the two up. The stand sold about three weeks later for $18. Hopefully, the pot will sell soon as well.
This “beauty box” was never opened; similar to many items I am finding in my neighbor’s home. She would just buy stuff that she never needed. Sold on best offer for $40.
