          Why am I being charged by PayPal if I’m enrolled in managed payment with ebay?  I thought it was one or the other.  PayPal  says pre approved payment bill ebay its not much but I’m confused.

              If managed payments doesn’t have enough money available to cover your expenses such as shipping labels, then it charges to your secondary payment method, which is probably PayPal. I think you can use a credit card instead.

                  It was the same amount for 2 months that s why I thought it strange .

                      Do you have a store? I wonder if you have your monthly store subscription fee still being paid by PayPal?

                            No a very casual seller.  I have other  ways of  selling  .
                            Also it seems the new eBay fees are higher than eBay + PayPal was.
