This old pair of boat oars sold for $222 on Etsy, paid $20 after extra hard bargaining, packing was a bear but one I had skinned before, and USPS from Florida to Alabama was only $20 Priority! I bargained during the summer slow down several months ago at a baking hot Florida Flea. I put another $20 into the hand of the vendor this past Saturday, and have found this kind of cooperation pays off both spiritually and economically. Something to think about.

Like most of us have learned, mugs have to be special to be a worthwhile sale. I paid $2 for this vintage wide bottom and sold it for $30 on Etsy.

This empty old Savoy Cassette case sold for $34 on Etsy and shipped all the way to Germany for an additional $35.00. I paid $2.

Patches have become a nice little pipeline on eBay for me and this one sold for $21. I’m showing it here because I almost tossed it into a lot for a low price bulk sale on Etsy. I didn’t think it was special. Paid $1.

I sold a number of pans from an auction purchase of copper stuff. I paid about $2 each. Two of them (which were sold to the same person) have a return open against them, so I won’t show them. But this one sold for $27.
