Please can anyone help me. Ebay have suspended my account as they said my feedback wasn’t up to scratch!! This was totally unfair as it was at 99.8% – not sure what they thought was wrong. They then suspended my account and said I could not longer sell.
So I opened another account using this guide: https://www.slideshare.net/AuctionEssistance/ebay-incognitostealth and that was ok until yesterday when they said the two accounts were linked and shut that one down to!
How can I open another account or get them to let me use my original account again?

Hey John–
You’re new here so none of us know your store and history. We need to know these things to give you an answer. One thing that isnt smart is to try to keep tricking eBay with new accounts. What you need to do is figure out what went wrong.
It doesnt make business sense for eBay to suspend good accounts. eBay needs all of us to make money. I have only seen suspensions for:
–selling counterfeit items
–selling prohibited items even after being warned
–consistently shipping too slow
–ignoring buyers and eBay having to get involved too many timesSo help us get to know you:
–how old was your account?
–how long were you actively selling
–what were you selling
–can you copy/paste the message eBay sent you when they shut down your account? -

I concur with the points Jay has shared. I would like to offer that if for some reason you do not wish to share such information in this forum that you be prepared to discuss such information with ebay. I think you will ultimately have to speak with them because they are the only ones who can reinstate or permanently suspend your account. Some of the questions Jay identified may be the same ones you will need to discuss with ebay. I would offer that when you converse with ebay, you do so in a calm, professional, non defensive manner and know your account like the back of your hand so you can discuss all elements and answer any questions. In addition, I concur about not opening random accounts to try to trick ebay.

Several years ago when I first started, my account was suspended for a month for a counterfeit listing.(fake purse I didnt know was fake) I could sell what was currently listed but couldnt make any new listings. They advised I file an appeal which I did and it was denied. You could try the appeal process which may work for you. How long is your suspension? You can continue listing and place save those listings as drafts or scheduled listings so when the suspension is removed you can hit the ground running with those saved listings…
